The Sound of a Prayer

We all have saints we pray to.

They are the family we come from, the friends we lean on, the lovers we lose ourselves in.

They are the dreams we live for, the laughter we are lost to, the pain we suffer under.

But not all prayers are answered.

And not all saints are to be trusted.

—

This is my prayer.

Listen.

  1. Your words amaze – but your words with your voice thrill! I continue to be in your awe.

  2. You do have a way with words.. I feel as if they envelope me in some warm, wet web of sensual shimmering ooze ~ a lovely way to feel. Delicious. Thank You!

  3. You speak to the hidden aspects within, the secret desires to be remade, to be known so thoroughly that there is no retreat – and that is the torment. For once tasting that addictive sweet – your total attention, and becoming so attuned, so sculpted by you – you possess the ability to deny it and damn the object of your willing transformation to eternal yearning. Until you unleash the hungers you have stoked within her… and bring ecstasy once more.
